Rain and light storms could be on the way from this weekend, with the Cyprus Weather Service forecasting unsettled conditions from Sunday.

On Monday isolated showers are expected to continue, but the temperature will rise, with conditions clearing by Tuesday.Temperatures have been slightly cooler the past few days, with Nicosia expected to reach 37oC today, with eastern and western coastal areas reaching 33oC and the mountains 29oC.

Winds will be south-westerly to north-westerly.
