It is unclear whether kite-flying enthusiasts will have time to enjoy Green Monday, as clouds are settling in for the long holiday weekend with dust not so far behind.

Weather on Friday will be mainly clear but high clouds will begin to form after midday. Moderate winds will make an appearance but the show won’t last too long as it remains warm.

Temperatures will reach 20 degrees in land and along the coast, with 8 degrees registering up in the mountains.

The weekend won’t be any different, as clouds will dominate the sky mainly after midday Saturday and during most parts of Sunday and Monday.

Green Monday may see some light rain, mainly isolated showers, while moderate levels of dust are also expected. Temperatures are not expected to vary greatly during the three-day weekend.
