Blustery conditions hit the much of Cyprus today as another bout of unsettled weather arrived on the island.
Normally at this time of the year, the island is blanketed in sunshine, but rain, high winds and overcast skies cover much of the country, with the conditions set to remain until tonight.
The Met Office said today would be mild on the coasts - but will remain generally cloudy through the day, with the chance of isolated thunderstorms – especially inland.
The temperature in Nicosia at midday Wednesday was an unseasonably low 17oC, with night time temperatures expected to fall too just 7oC.
Light showers were reported from Ayia Napa in the east to Paphos in the west, with eastern coastal areas being battered by a strong wind.
Coastal temperatures will remain at the 21oC mark - but will feel colder in strong winds.
